Ingredients :
bottle gourd peel: 2 cups
green chili: 2 pcs
kalo jeera: 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
sugar as per taste
mustard oil: 3tsp
khuskhus/posto: 1tsp

HOW TO COOK:
- Peel the bottle gourd and cut the peel thinly. wash the peel and cut them into slices.
- now add 3tsp mustard oil in a pan /wok, and add 1/2 tsp Kalo jeera for seasoning. once it starts to smoke add and fry the peel.
- after 1min of frying, then add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, and green chilies.
- now mix them with peel and fry them thoroughly.
- add posto and stir fry till it coats the peel
- serve it hot with rice.
*** you can also fry onion slices along with the peel.
